Organisation of the future not only exists to further the cause of the employers, primary stakeholders but also the society at large. Employees will begin to have greater say in the daily operations of a business, what will be seen as an intrusion today, a breach of top to down dynamics will begin to vanquish.
This rise in workers of the future will essentially stem from the increased capability of people to be productive and creative, as technology enables our development at faster rate than any generation before, our greatest challenge will be how to fit all these independent minds together.
A part of me is certainly afraid of the resulting chaos, unlike that we have ever dared to imagine before, but an equally strong part of me is also excited to see what kind of world we build with these people. How we let old structures fall apart, create something new.
